Terms of service

1. Who we are

Daily Vibe is provided by Taliro Global Talent, S.L., Rambla de Badal 62, 3-3, 08014 Barcelona, Spain, tax number B26780288 ("we"). Contact: me@djordje.eu. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

2. What Daily Vibe is

Daily Vibe is a free, non-commercial service that turns scripts written by your own AI app into audio and publishes them in a private podcast feed for you. You decide with your AI what the podcast is about; your AI writes the episodes and sends them to Daily Vibe. The voice engine runs in your own Modal account and the audio is stored in your own Cloudflare R2 bucket.

The service is provided as it is and as available. We do our best to keep it working, but we don't promise that every episode will be made or published on time, and we may change, limit or stop the service. If we stop it, we'll try to tell you in advance.

3. Your accounts with others

To use Daily Vibe you need your own Google, Modal and Cloudflare accounts and an AI app that supports connectors. Those are governed by your own agreements with those providers, and any costs there (for example compute beyond Modal's free credits, or storage beyond Cloudflare's free tier) are yours. You authorise us to use the credentials you give us only to run Daily Vibe for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can revoke them at any time in Modal or Cloudflare, after which Daily Vibe stops working for you.

4. Your content

The scripts and audio are yours (or your AI provider's terms decide). You give us only the permission needed to store, process and deliver them to provide the service. You're responsible for what your podcast contains. Don't use Daily Vibe for content that is illegal, infringes others' rights (including copyright and privacy), defames anyone, or is meant to deceive. The voices are synthetic: don't present them as a real person or use them to impersonate anyone.

Your feed is for your personal listening. Anyone who has its link can listen to it, so keep it private; don't use Daily Vibe to distribute a public podcast.

5. Fair use

Don't try to access other people's accounts or feeds, disrupt or overload the service, get around its limits or security, or resell it. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk.

6. Ending

You can delete your account at any time on the setup page. That deletes your data as described in the privacy policy.

7. Liability

Daily Vibe is free, so, as far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to 50 euros. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and, for important changes, tell you on the setup page before they apply. Spanish law applies. Courts in Barcelona have jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you the right to go to court where you live.

The voice engine is Kokoro, used under the Apache 2.0 licence.
